With a view to exactly matching people in our Talent Community with the best opportunities, and ensuring we stay in touch with their changing needs, Catalyste has launched the Candidate Self Service Portal.

What is the Self Service Portal?

The Self Service Portal is a secure, online live link to our database which allows those on our database to update their preferences and availability in real time.

How does it work?

It’s incredibly fast and easy:

  1. Just send a blank email to update-my-info@catalyste.com.au, or if you prefer you can send us a Contact request via this website.
  2. You will receive a secure link to our database to update your preference information.  You can confirm data on file with us already, and can edit it in real-time, on our database.
  3. You’re all done !

What happens next?

Our team receive an alert, which is handy for highlighting your availability to them ahead of sourcing for new opportunities, and will review your update.
